0800 dial up internet

i can only accept incoming calls but can ring 0800 numbers im looking for a service provider that has an 0800 number to dial up can any one help

tiscali has a freephone number for it's subscription dialup, but i think you'd be better off just getting broadband

Or get 56Kbps down your phoneline if you're lucky
