I can confirm that I have access to a multiroom box that is 30 miles from the subscriber and it is not and has never been connected to the 'net. It isn't possible to view pay to view stuff on it though. Not sure of the details involved but the above is 100% accurate.

Not sure of the exact wording but you will probably have to change the 'CPU control' (or similar wording) setting from Auto to manual for the full OC menu to appear. :)

I mainly use free apps with 'Lucky Patcher' on a rooted S4, there are some that I prefer the 'full' version of like Titanium.
