-Change aspect ratio with green button or video mode button. Dreamboxes don't seem to have the same functionality. So just shows "auto"
-Fixed parental control on settings page if no pin inputted.
-Forced epg importer setting "Load EPG only services in bouquets" to no. That should always be no if using IPTV anyway (which most people are nowadays)
