playlists that have /play/ as the stream url should now be correctly referenced. There was an error that these were mistakenly all classed as series.

Just experimenting with memory management for series in follow up to Abu's out of memory crash.
But stop selecting every series. The idea is you pick the series categories you want.
IPTVs are getting to large to process all series in one go.

Emergency fix - to stop latest openatv 7.4 amends completely crashing your box.
Unfortunately this removes catchup from EPG guide - until they fix it, or I find a workaround that works on all images.

I think I have fixed local and external issues
Added next_days option in bouquet settings. This is a the max days of EPG you can download. Even if you set it to 7, you still might only get 2. It depends on your provider.
Refactored some code to try and reduce the memory footprint.
