File Mismatch when i upgrade my channel list on f3 HELP

Any help appreciated

ARggggghhhh help lol

1.- Unzip TP_PROG.zip with a program such as winrar & place the TP_PROG.DBS file onto the root of your USB drive.
2.- In the Openbox menu delete your current channel list by going to the "Edit Channel" tab & selecting "Delete All".
3.- Staying in the menu navigate to the "Tools" tab then "Upgrade by USB", change the upgrade mode from "Image File" to "Misc Files" then "Select & Upgrade" & select "TP_PROG.DBS" then press yellow, if all done correctly it should begin to upgrade.

its coming up file not selected after it has upgraded ???

select TP_PROG put a tick and upgrade

done that it upgrades goes through then no channels ??

you need to reboot the box what channel list you using

ive used AJ,S not having any luck . looks like its upgraded the software but no updated channel list ?? if you have any links to the new list for a f3 it would be appreciated.
