ADMC streaming football to PC

i've followed the guide , which is
sign with overplay.net for a proxy IP
sign with ADMC through the proxy
watch football live on pc or connect tv to pc.
The problem im having is speed issue once im on the proxy server. I have a UK provider on 30mg but as soon as i go through overplay for the proxy im luck to get 1/2meg speed. This is causing lag and freezing. Ive tried to go through "hidmyass" and change my settings on my pc to use the proxy but after trying all 12 different proxy address's none would connect to the net.

Is anyone doing the same and how do you combat the speed and lag problems ?. oh and cause its slow the quality is ultra shit.

tried it , soon as it see's your IP reverts to a non Egyptian address it boots you .The speed via overplay is 0.43mb which is no good for streaming, there must be another way to get the speed up. I've also tried bucket loads of anonymous IP's for Egypt and there all slow.

At the moment i can get better streaming quality using freebie one's off the net .

Are you just pausing the stream, dropping the proxy, then playing the stream

I tried to drop the proxy all different ways but they must spot the UK ip addy and boot you automatic. I watched a premgame today on a 22" 1080p tv and its watchable. The stream moves up and down and you know when its lagging the picture becomes very blocky. It didnt freeze but if i were to find a half decent proxy it would be as good as std tv.

but the bigger you get say a 24-26" screen you lose quality. The proxy needs a good fast connection, if its slow it will block up . I fed it to my PC connection on my 50" tv and it was like watching a picasso football match.

my friend uses admc when i havnt got the safc game on he streams it to me with no probs no freezes or glitches i plug my 50 inch tv in then ime sorted the picture not best quality but can watch ok

I'm using the overplay Global VPN smartDNS service . If you go to there help page for streaming you can check your speed , I was lucky to hit 0.5meg when signed in to overplay in Egypt. As soon as i logged out of overplay my speed went to 30meg which is my actual speed. This will no doubt hinder the picture quality no end.
also james can you explain when you say "use your own speed" ? when you logged in check it , you will find you don't get your own speed.

From what I gather you only use the VPN to sign up, then you disable it and only use smartdns to access the service as the VPN will restrict your Internet speed, maybe it doesn't work like this anymore but a friend of mine showed me a little while ago as this is how he watches the 3pm's

does anyone know how to do it ?. I basically download the overplay program to my pc , login using my overplay signed up details , select Egypt, then go to ADMC sport , login and watch footy.

If watching on pc I grab a proxy from hidemyass, log in to admc, start the stream then press pause, go back in to settings and clear proxy, unpause. Picture and stream is fine on my 25" screen. Also watch from ipad on to 42" which can suffer more in terms of buffering but haven't used it like that for a couple of weeks and it could have just been my wifi was playing up.

I finally sussed how to keep the speed and not been kicked off a free and no buffering due to free proxys which can be unstable
the way i did it was :-
firstly sign up with www.overplay.net for a smartDNS.
then login to your account ans hit the MY ACCOUNT tab.
then look for the SMART DNS tab hit that,
once your there you will see a big green button and a message saying =

"SmartDNS is enabled for your IP address in United Kingdom. Please use DNS servers 176.**.**.** and 1**.79.1*6.** to grant access to all compatible websites regardless of location." (I've altered the IP's overplay issued me)

write down the two IP addresses smart dns gives you. you will need these later on.

you then need to add these to your PC , for XP you go to
start>control panel>network connections
right click on your internet connection,
select properties
then general
then hit the properties tab 1/2 way down on the right."
you need to tick the box nr the bottom that says "use the following DNS server addresses"
also leave the "obtain an IP address automatically" ticked
then in the two boxes add both the IP addresses you were given on the SMART DNS page at overplay.net

click ok and your done.

now you can login to ADMCsport and open an account , on match day you login and stream. When i did it this way my speed improved from a paltry 0.5mb to 20mb and the picture quality was brilliant for mondays arsenal game.

you wont get much lag or picture distortion or dropout. my only problem was my onboard graphics card as i only browse on my PC so ive ordered a graphics card with hdmi out to send to the tv. I'll update you on picture quality once installed.

as a follow up :-
to add your overplay.net smartDNS IP adresses to windows 7 do this ;-
start>control panel>View network and status tabs (its just under the "Network and Internet" tab)
then on the left of the page 2nd down from the top hit the "Change adapter settings"
right click your active working internet connection and select "properties"
then
scroll down and double click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
leave "Obtain an IP address automatically" ticked
then
nr the bottom tick the "Use the following DNS server addresses"
then you have to type in your two IP addresses you earlier got from overplay.net (smartDNS) as explained above.
then click OK and your done ,

There really is no need to do the above, I use the Overplay "smart Europe" connection, here is what to do.

1/. Start up overplay GUI
2/. Click on "Connection"
3/. Click on "Advanced mode"
4/. Scroll down and click on "Smart(Europe)" connection

I previuosly tried it your way and the admcsport home page blocks me . Also, if you check your b,band while doing it your way it will be up n down like a blue arse fly therefore picture quality will suffer.
I found i really needed to do it my way to maintain the speed and and without installing anything.

each to their own , what works for one might not work for others and i worded it for thick gits like myself.

Free Fast Public DNS Servers List

its a list of free DNS servers the best of which seems to be openDNS this could save on having to pay out on any. I was able to get onto the ADMC site but Im really confused about signing up I translated the site into English but when I got to the sign up page it was asking me for smartcard number etc, any ideas as Im not sure what to do next thanks guys.
