You just need to be more discerning about when to be picky and when to do just enough.

we have enough with newbies who don't know what is what, and spam posts without having to babysit older members.

we know things can get heated sometimes, all we ask is that you think twice before using foul or abusive language. or maybe censor it yourself so we don't have to.
