Help With Longitude/Latitude Imput DM800.

I wonder if some kind person could help me with this. I'm trying to set up my new toy, DM 800 Clone, and having a problem knowing how to enter my Longitude and Latitude into the memory.
If my Longitude is, say -0.3693 W and Latitude is 72.85172 N, how should that be imputted into the box which looks something as shown:

000-000
North/South

000-000
East/West

Any help appreciated.

Managed to load all the satellites I need thanks to your tuitorial, but can't get back to the bit where I enter Longitude and Latitude from the Menu.
Any help appreciated.

Follow the guide again to get to "Reception Settings"......if u need to change it do it there and press ok before u exit
