Wonder if anyone can help... been using a dm500c for a while, all of a sudden channels no longer available. So i reboot and do an automatic transponder scan using bruteforce like initial setup (ensuring only free unticked) and still no sports or film channels available, what do i need to do? wigan area thanks

first i would say have you put the au fix on your box?. look back on the threads about the fix and this will help.
