a lot of people dont and never get bothered m8, {its hard to say what the cc's can actualy see thier end}
hmm i got a sammy here
that says blacklisted
tried it with different cards fun, mosc, tit 2
changed ird forwards and backwards .etc
still same
and when i recievied it was unmodded
that has to be a problem with the box m8, {its not because the ccs have kicked it off the system}
its never been the case were the cc's blacklist individual boxs, {its always been either a hardware fault or corruption of the box}

with out card it dont say nothing about being black listed
but in the ppv status or interactive status it says blacklisted
i shorted battery same thing

There has never been any observed system messages on the network which disable boxes. The only thing ever disabled is the card
VOD is a different kettle of fish though. For vod to operate properly the cc's must of set up an account which must have a matching MAC number. They can easily stop a box from aquiring vod services simply by deleting its entry in the vod service database.
Just a quick question is your mate actually choosing the film from the vod menu to start when he wants it to or is he watching a signal that someone else has started.

so you are saying that you need a valid MAC address corrisponding to a valid ACCOUNT to receive VOD, have i undersyood you correctly???
if so then why does this box work? cause like i say its years old and can in no way be valid on there system. so why does it still do VOD if the MAC and ACCOUNT are not valid
Ive Had One Mosc And 2 Funcards That Have Come Up As Blacklisted.. And Even When You Erase And Re-write The Funcard It Still Comes Up As Blacklisted....but Write A New Card., And It Works...as A Lot Of Boxes Have Never Had Tb Cut And Have Been On For Years Even With Ppv Working.. And The Few Boxes I Have Reconnected Tb To Get Normal Movies Have All Given Me Filmflex But Not All Have Given The Movies ??????
assumeing the cc's can blacklist ird's and bk's, {then you would have to assume, "any ird or bk not in there database will be blacklisted, ie: a unique ird to bk"}
its simple enough to create a completly diffrent ird to bk between 2 1000 models running on the same software {theres also a good chance it might be unique}--"yet the box and card will still work"
there's also a good chance youve created a unique mac at the same time {yet you wont get vod/fflex because its not in there database}--this is the diffrence between blacklisted on the 2 systems

But, Does The Ird And Bk From Each Box Actualy Get Sent On The Return Path When You Go On Vod??? And Is The Mac From The Box Linked To The Ird???as The Boxes Were Old Subbed Boxes Who's Accounts Were Cancelled Or Closed Why Would You Still Be Able To Get Vod?? Secondly Why Can You Virtualy Always Get Vod When Tb Connected But Very Rarely Get The Pin Menu On The Movie Channels??is It Not A Case That The Access To A Particular Box For Movies Has Already Been Removed (as In Its No Longer A Subbed Box) But They Have No Way Of Stopping The Vod Signal If The Box And Card Is Set To Accept It???( I Think Thats What I Mean Lol)

verification for vod comes from either the nvram or the flash

I Flashed A 2100 And Got The Movies, But No Vod (as Tb Was Cut) When I Re-enabled Tb I Got Vod But Lost The Option For Pin On The Movie Channels ..any Idea Why??? Even If I Disable The Tb I Still Cant Get Movie Pin Unless I Reflash The Box By Jtag.....tried This A Few Times .

i might be able to to help you out if i could compare an s19 file from your sammy before you jtag the pin macro, and an a s19 file "after" you jtag the pin macro
maybe the macro you need should be from a vod/ pin enabled box, {the macro's doing the rounds on the forums are from pin enabled boxs only as far as i can see}
it seems obvious you need tb connected no matter what you do, {otherwise you wont get vod}

He choose the movies himself i tried it but only works with tb connected when i disconnect it goes off on my own box
what i have noticed that boxes from different areas as c/w or t/w that are intended to be used in pure will change its bk but not ird. coz i've had a box from c/w and go the key but after connecting to the stream it changed the bk so may be worth selling on.lol

I TRIED THE 2100 MACRO OF THE FORUM, WHICH GAVE ME MOVIE PIN ,SO LONG AS TB WASN'T CONNECTED. THE MINUTE YOU RECONNECT TB YOU LOOSE THE OPTION FOR PIN ON THE MOVIES, IF YOU THEN DISABLE THE TB YOU STILL CAN'T GET THE PIN OPTION ON MOVIES UNLESS YOU REFLASH THE BOX...NOW THE BOX DOESN'T TAKE ANOTHER UPDATE AFTER THE INITIAL ONE...
SO I''L TRY GET THE S19 FILE BEFOR ITS FLASHED, ONCE ITS FLASHED WITH MOVIES, THEN ANOTHER WHEN TB HAS BEEN ENABLED AND YOU LOOSE THE MOVIES...
As Benny suggests, the fact that your box still works is purely down to bad housekeeping on the cc's part. It seems that once they've registered a box they rarely remove that box from their database.
It wouldn't suprise me if they only actually have one database that feeds all of their systems and that the bean counters never allow a box to "go missing" as it screws their accounting up !
