i see there is a fair few areas now saying complete http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html/existingcustomers/faster/schedule.html ? does anyone know then if the config changed?

Ive rebooted but only pulled the plug and put it back in, Not sure if i need to leave it off for a few mins?. And yeah im e.london

i've even set my modem up with a 10meg mac so it should just take the new config name whatever it is, if it changes on TW
That's provided that the 10MB MAC your using was on the same type of modem that your using.
e.g. a MAC off a 200 modem won't update the 250 and so on

Oh im on a 120 mac? So that may be why then... I take it i need a moto mac as im on a 5100 then? cmreg-ntlhm120-bund03.cm is what im using

If you want the modem to take the update automatically then yes. But I wouldn't reccomend it as if they roll out a FW update and your modem takes that too it may block it from being hacked
