Dbox vs Dreambox

What are the advantages of the Dreambox over the Dbox. I understand that the Dreambox is newer, but what new features (if any) can we expect from the newer model?

Anyway, maybe someone want to know:

DboxII
cpu: 8xx -> PowerPC ( PPC )
clock: 67MHz
bus clock: 67MHz

Dreambox: Depend of type:
500, 56x0, 600, 70x0: PowerPC at 250 MHz
7025: PowerPC at 300 MHz
