uart1 is under CPU .. uart0 is easy to find by datasheet when you desolder the CPU

you can get them from broadcom directly - you only need to meet following criteria:
1) have a company
2) be developing a new stb platform with that specific part
3) sign NDAs
4) guarantee a MOQ of let's say 10000 chips
