Realistically, Maybot's deal isn't going to get through parliament, so there will be a couple of choices, and IMHO it should go back to the people.

1. Hard Brexit
2. Remain in the EU

Those are the most viable options available, and it should be given to the people to vote upon those options. They are a simple in/out vote, and then a decision has been made one way or the other. This whole circus of to and fro is just boring now, go back to the people, and let them decide, as the deal you've "negotiated" isn't going to pass parliament, with the majority of her own party, never mind the other parties!

If those are the options, then we can see what the British people actually want. Let us not be fooled by the promises of either side, as let's be honest, they both lie like a cheap Chinese watch. And for those that voted to leave because of "immigration", does anyone actually believe that not being part of the EU will stop immigration? I seen somewhere a survey was done 6+ months after the brexit vote that said after hearing the downsides of leaving the EU some changed there mind to keep UK in EU and if the vote was done again the people would of voted to stay.

I would be very surprised if that was not the case.

The first vote meant nothing legally either. It wasn't a legally binding vote. It was a referendum to gauge the populous of the idea.

It's a lose lose situation whatever is chosen. At least allow the people to make the decision on the lose lose situation.

The Common Market evolved into the EU, and we had a say buy electing our MPs and latter our EMPs. Evolution is good its how the Magna Charta became the democracy that we know today.

We never asked for a 2nd referendum in 1975 and this taken from the unrelated link you provided, "The referendum result was not legally binding; however, it was widely accepted that the vote would be the final say on the matter and would be politically binding on all future Westminster Parliaments"
So it appears it was regarded the final say in 1975 but not in 2018!!!
