No reason why not, it as an analogue a/v output via 3.5mm jack which can feed a standard video sender. Or if you want to go the expensive route, get an HDMI send€r.
Not personally, no. But there's no reason it should be any less than perfect- depending on the distance of course! I think @digi247 has some experience in the field.
I suppose it depends on whether you want to send the HD picture wireless or via a cable/Cat5e/6 as in most cases Cost will contribute to the final solution.
Wireless will come in at around £250 for something half decent if you can fit Cables then your looking at half the cost.
