I've just been reading the tutorials on compiling your own images, and I noticed that somebody has uploaded a modified version of Ubuntu to use for this.
However, it will take me about a thousand years to download this via Rapidshare -- after downloading a single piece, it tells me I cant download another for at least twenty years. Can anyone tell me what modifications are necessary? I'm not a total newb with Linux, and have compiled an image before, but I never had the necessary info to turn a German version into a UK version.
Now I see that that info is available on this site, I'd like to get started at having another shot. Do I need particular versions of glibc and or gcc, perhaps?
