Progress Bar in the downloads section.

@Rat requested a progress bar in the downloads section.

When you upload a file it will give you a progress bar that tells you how much you have left to go instead of nothing

Let me know if it is working, it can be found here

you can add it to the MISC section if you want to test

NOTE: this is only at this moment on the Digitalworldz skin

Didn't do a whole file but the bar certainly went up

I need to know though if they actually upload from other browsers @Rat

The bar may well work but then it needs to make sure it goes to the next page and the file exists...

I had allot of problems with the files transferring to the site!

I had a few white pages after upload earlier, however the file still uploaded.

I will debug this further later should anyone let me know it happens to them also
