Sound but no picture

Can anyone help, i'm getting sound from my Amiko Alien +2 box but no picture?

The picture comes on for 1 second then goes to a black screen .

Can you get a picture from the scart socket on it ?

Id be reflashing to rules out image corruption.

Sounds really silly but in the old days sound with no picture was a scart lead not plugged in properly

Yes, normal tv and blue ray work fine. I have reloaded the Vix4 software, working again.

Sometimes a simple reflash is all that's needed, that's always my first thing to do anyway and it mostly cures my issues!
