Website unreachable

I have a laptop connected to a Sky WIFI router and I can reach the internet, however when I try and go to Google I get a message saying that the site is unreachable, however the network is ok. Could this be a fire wall issue?

This link won't open for me as it's blocked by my PC security with message;
