Use android phone to remotley download tor rents to android tv box

Hi guys

Really enjoying my mi box, starting to get everything I want on it etc. I want to be able to use my android phone to download files onto the box. I know it's possible with a PC but is there a way to do it with android to android? It's not something I'll use much but if it's not a ball ache I'd like it there

I use to do this with an app called "send files to tv"..
It is available on playstore mate.

I've got that to send over the downloaded files mate, what I'm looking to do is say I'm at graft and see a torrent, to click the link and then the torrent will download on the box at home

That could prove a bit trickier.
I Would think the easiest way would be to have the torrent client on the box and use a remote desktop to view and use your box from your phone, i think Airdroid and Teamviewer will do this, you may have to set up ports in your router/firewall though.

Not sure it can be done like that. I use a nas drive with sabnzb and sonar and can queue downloads direct from my nzb site. There are torrent sites that work in a similar way. Sonarr will automatically download episodes and series and sort them also.
