Hi guys, installed the Google tv app and the other good app I thought was all I needed. It looks like ita going to load the doesn't ans will only display my own apps. Is there a setting I need to tweak or something

H10 android box updated to google tv, interface doesnt load

Did you load it from Google Play or side load it.
If the latter its probably not compatible with the Android version you have on the H10

Is this the H10 with hybrid ATV OS firmware. If it is you will have compatibility issues with different apps.
I just side loaded it, don't really use the box but the android that came on it is quite buggy and has a limited appstore. Thanks for the info guys, is there anything I can do to make it work or put a different firmware on it?

It says it.on the latest firmware. What's the best move a factory reset?
I doubt it will help you get Google tv going.

Is there a way of finding out the specific model my box is to look for firmware? The box doesn't really have any unique indicators on it
Have a look in settings/about box...
