i had same problem with toerags around me kept damaging my car so went to boot sale and got an old video camra that didnt work superglued a flashing red led to it (got from maplins) aquired a couple of road lamp batterys to power the led sat it in bed room window looking at the car. let it slip that a camra was up recording and hay presto no more damage. the led was flashing for a couple of years n the numptys around here never new it was a fake lol.
did have the cops come around though after a punchup on street wanting to see tape just told them it was fake, cops said it wasnt recording at the time.
