Box office and RB1 are not in interactive they each have there own bouquets when I scan

@Rat, there is only HD Bouquet section after "Not-Indexed" for me.
The problem with bouquets are they can be installed in memory so maybe try the following:-
Within RBM, choose the update config file option (but don't do a scan yet). It should tell you if config files have been updated.
Then telnet into box and issue "init 4" to put box to sleep and using FTP remove all files from "/etc/enigma2" except the "settings" file and timers.xml and autotimer.xml (if you use these files).
Also, delete the "providers.cache" from "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/RatsBouquetsMaker/providers" folder
Then back to telnet and issue "init 6" to reboot box.
Now go into RBM and do a scan and see what happens then.
That should solve most of the problems you mentioned but not all.

in Documentary I still have Music channels at the end
Specialist had 2 ITV channels and vintage tv
shopping has some sports channels
Interactive has some documentary channels
religious has a couple of odd channels
Gaming has lots of childrens channels
Adut has loads of shopping and box office
Do Yours have this or is mine still not right ?

You're right I can't say I noticed that as I think all I did was check the main bouquet sections.
Leave it with me and i'll have a look to see what it could be.
If not, there is an alternative way of achieving same thing except the other method there is no option of choosing SD instead of HD regional variations

NP @Rat. I've decided to use the other method of re-organising channels and this time there is no "not-indexed" nor can I see channel getting mixed up in wrong section.
@Mick, did you get a chance to create a new upload folder location for this new plugin of John's.

Nearly finished on v 0.3 which uses a different method of sorting channels into your OCD order.
This has resulted in a re-write of a bit code but it should mean no weird channels showing in areas that I never put them in (which was happening in old method) and it now also deletes all bouquets rather than just created by RBM and ABM (as the old version did).
Hopefully it wont be long now.....

If you can, can you go back to a previous backup to undue all the messing we had with previous versions. Don't worry if not.
Within Providers menu, all you need to do is select local region (if not already remembered). Don't set anything else within Providers menu. I hope to remove the extra options when I have more time - most likely when I come back.

I have had another thought
Now regional have gone mainly Scottish. Welsh etc so e channel will need to go into another bouquet like bbc alba
Also there is no Irish variation bouquet loads of channels in there that are not regional Irish channel . Tv3 etc etc so need Irish variations back

E+1 is missing from entertainment
Pop Max is missing from Kids
Box Upfront, Box hits missing from music BTSport mosaic needs removing
sky sports mix showing as 4091 sports
Cnn HD showing as 50290
ITV Wales showing in specialist, property showing as 53205, missisng made in bristol, made in tyne and wear, made in leed
shopping missing ideal world extra , has property channel in it

I've had to go back to normal ABM now so can't check but looking at the sorting, craft extra should not be in Entertainment.
Can you remove bouquets via the menu option and update config files and within "providers" menu ensure nothing is selected as yes except the very first line (swap channels is okay too) then do another scan.
