pasta ideas?

beautiful, quick tomato sauce.

4 tbs olive oil
1 finely chopped onion
can tomatoes
2tbs dried basil
2 tbs sugar
black pepper

method to follow

heat oil in pan, add onoion till soft.
Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients, simmer for 40 mins.
Done

or buy a tin for 50p !!

Local super markets usually do pasta dishes, ie morissons have penne pasta bolognese which is very nice or lasagne in various forms veggie or beef all very nice, and nukeable
