VU+ Duo Logmanager error failed to start new thread.

What's going on with my box? Now all of sudden I getting logmanager failed to start new thread and cant remove it from the screen...

Anyone had this issue?

Unable to ftp to the box restart does nothing looks like it will have to be a reflash
