Help SriCam SP015

SriCam SP015 which i installed on my iphone which was working i deleted it
and tried to install again but with no joy i have lost the cameras id number
and now im stuck does anyone know how to retrieve the cameras id number
i have contacted Sricam but have no responce off them

What have you lost? Are you saying the actual problem is the app will not install?

Have you tried factory reset on camera as per post#6?

Rest camera then on your mobile open your wifi settings and do a search or hopefully it will just show up the you will see the camera ID

What is the name of the camera's wifi hotspot as displayed on your iphone?

e.g. IPC_xxxxxxxxxxx
