admiral arrgghhh,
we had the multicar policy as they assured us it would be cheaper.
well it was for the first year, then bang!
£1262 for me and the mrs. i have 16years ncb and she has 14 years, no offences or points. i also have pcv and hgv class 1, advanced drivers, im also a instructor in my current job.
i spent 20mins on confused.
my 2003 fiat stilo 1.9 jtd multiwagon - £270 fully comp £150 excess
hers 2006 pug 407 sw 2.0 diesel - £328 fully comp £150 excess as well
both policys inc legal cover and curtasy cars.
i went to admiral about the difference in thier prices, and that we would save money on multicar.
they told us they couldnt help (even though the press has been reporting a drop in costs in policys). so AVOID multicar, im suffering now as i have to pay for 2 loads of insurace now in one hit insted of the single policys some months apart.
admiral seems to think that the 1.2k they quoted was good value!! at over double the cost of single policys they are a RIP.
