Hi Guys, returned tonite from a long break, been doing some catchup thru all areas and have something for you i hope someone can help.

i have a virgin package, have my usual tivo and box in my daughters bedorr and my sons, he moved out into his own flat and had nothing.
he had a feed coming into the flat from virgin, i thought ill give his box a go and see if it works in his flat, works great and hes got same channels as i have but hes a mile away.
so thats the good part,so i bought a virgin router off fleebay and thought maybe i could get him internet also, set the router up splitting from the main cable, worked fine, says hes got internet but its asking to activate the internet which obviously i cant as its already activated in my house,

is there anyway to bypass the activation, i was thinking of getting one of the old modems, would that work ??

any feedback would be appreciated
