VU+ Duo which plugin

hi all kind of new to this.. what is the best plugin to watch movies on my vu duo. i used to download a filw and put it on a usb stick and watch it but i am looking for a plugin to let me search for a film and let me look at it

kodi direct or tsmedia slow but they work.
