Asian broadcaster Zee is to launch its own UK news channel on Sky Digital and a new regional station. The news channel will be called South Asia World and will broadcast live from India with programming focused on local coverage of the South Asian community within the US and the UK. It's expected to launch this Spring. The second new station, Alpha Gujarati, is expected to debut on March 28 and will be aimed at the Gujarati community around the UK.
