Right VLCRape is working as a treat with all movie and sport channels. How ever MTV Base has no sound and some channels like the asian ones and BBLive (those are the ones that I tested) are not showing up.

Any ideas?

For some reason, lots of cable channels now come with more than one audio channel, one of which is often dead. Try and select another audio track manually.
