i know there are limitations if you create your own radio station on the internet. if you use a standard broadband connection, how many listeners can you have at once before they start experiencing problems with buffering, etc..

depends what upload speed you have (if 256 then to get a decent reception then max 10-15 .... less if using internet yourself for browsing, d/loading etc)
but believe there is a software that 'piggybacks' off members listening so in effect you could be broadcasting to one or more person(s) but others are listening from those person(s) and other listening off those listening from him (best I can descibe is something like a 'pyramid' effect) ... I can't remember name of this software though
