xvrhkg error, help please

got the .exe application today, worked a treat on my work pc, but just installed it on my home pc and all i get is "xvrhkg.exe - Application Error
X The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."
Can anyone suggest what is missing from my home pc or which setting i need to change. Thanx in advance :Smileysex

have you downloaded the .NET framework to go with it? my pc generated something like that and .NET not being installed was the cause

What is the '.NET Framework' and where do you get it from ???
