I have decided to buy my son an xbox live gold membership as part of his xmas prezzy. I purchased this

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace

I was aware that I would not be sent a full retail package but was under the impression it was for an actuall xbox live mebership code. I then got this email

Can someone please confirm for me if I have purchased a gold membership or some points? As far as I was concerned the auction was for a gold membership. Or am I wrong?

Some advise on this would be appreciated please guys.

I'd contact them to make sure but the advert is clear that it is for membership. The feedback doesn't suggest any different, but like I said, best check especially if its a pressie.
