Xbmc on smart tv

Hi i have a samsung smart tv. Is there a way to run xbmc on the tv itself? I know i can connect laptop via hdmi to tv and run xbmc on laptop but i want to install and tun xbmc directly from tv itself. Can it be done?

Not unless Samsung have released XBMC on their market place with I don't believe they have. You can get a Pi or Android stick or even a Acer Revo which is pretty small and hide behind the TV.
