you know in xbmc,when you click on a film and it comes up with a list of them and if you right click it comes up with another list ,am trying to do a direct download but it keeps saying i havnt specified a folder? how do i do this ?

Only certain plugins allow this,but,right click on the plugin and select "add-on's settings" then scroll across to the "Downloads" tab and set it from there 
If the plugin doesnt allow this there wont be a "Downloads" tab

To download movies from Icefilms go to
system,settings,add-ons,enabled add-ons,video add-ons,icefilms,configure,downloads and set the download folder
click ok then ok again
For sly sports install mashup and go to sports, k1m05 sports (not k1m05 on-demand) or mash sports scroll down
you cant get sly movies that im aware of but you dont need them if you have icefilms and 1 channel as you can get all the movies on there
