wrong data transmission

Got a tm500 super and set it up for one of my clients. When he has plugged it in he has 2 channels not clearing and coming up with wrong data transmission message. They are sly movies premier and movies premier +1. The strange thing is I tried movies premier channel b4 I packed it back up to sent to him.

Anyone got any ideas why this may have happened? I dont really want to have to go around myself to sort it as he doesn't live that close.

Sat xml file.

Change/update sat xml file or delete and rescan as TP changed etc.

cheers manic but why did it work ok 24 hrs previous? he has treid a re-scan without deleting the sat.xml and it came up with the same freq etc and still no joy

No idea, but if he deletes the channel from list and bouquet and rescans should be ok.

Also make sure they are not duplicates.
