Winmx prob with Winxp

I have just upgraded from Win 2000 to Win XP pro now my Alcatal speed touch usb modem icon after a few miniutes on the tool bar turns yellow indicating it cannot synchronize when i use winmx. At first everything is ok people start to share files and upload from me then it all goes t##s up. No prob useing the net.

used winmx 3.22
and winmx 3.11

still the same crap never had any probs with win-98-se or win2000
Any help please
 
what ver of the alcatel software are u using
the latest is V161.5R

I am using V131.4r do u have a link to upgrade never gave it a thought. Been on the Website no luck
 
This is a common problem when upgrading to XP (Downgrading in my eyes)
Drivers not available in most cases.
