The above package is more than suitable, but for a bit extra I'd spend the money on a TM600.
The TM600 has component out and 3 USB ports for flash drives or an external allowing you to record, and more memory than the TM500.

I think I would be incline to buy a 1m or 90cm dish from ebay, a motor and a TM600, that would do the trick.
