Why am i losing channels randomly ? DM800HD

Hi All

Got my DM800HD up and running perfect. Connection to server always on. No glitching at all even on HD channel.

I have my own channel list and all has been fine for months.

I first lost bbc1 it shows snr but gives the sid error.

I recently lost sky2 and sky3 but they show no SNR ?

Any ideas how i get them back peeps ?

It's possible that they've changed frequencies and you just need to rescan and then update your bouquets?

So i would have to redo my channel list as well. Nightmare.

Will rescan and have a ganders later.

I think if you just press the red button when in the bouqets section it should take you to all channels. Have a look in here if there is a working version of the channel and then just swap the one channel in your bouqets. My old box used to do background scanning all the time so it would find the channels as they swapped.

Might just be the snow as i found yesterday? go and knock it off the lnb and maybe install the lastest cccam.

Mine worked fine untill about 2/3 weeks ago then started dropping channels
Wont recsan at all now manual or auto
Says theres a issue
Also lost all favourites
