which TT maps are ok for 720

im trying to help my dad, he has a TT 720 with older maps which he needs to update, i know of a newsgroup where i can obtain tt maps but are listed under PDA's, will these TT maps work on this machine rather than a PDA, is it just a case of copy and pasting files over to the tt (obviously if theirs a crack id follow it), sorry guys i'm on new ground here and a complete novice with sat navs

what navcore is he running
it all depends on the navcore for what map he can use
