Hi lads and ladies, im after a new pc.

What im using it for?

Well gonne be used for uni work which is programming applications such as VB , also i downlaod a lot so need lots of space and also im gona be using it for my audio lesuire and of course games.

I reckon i need mimimum 2gb Ram and a good graphics card with it.

How much to spend?

Prices have come down a lot i dont want to spend more that £600 on it.

Ok why am i stuck now then?

Well i dont know what to go for. Intel Core 2 duo , Intel 2 quad processor or AMD X2 athlon. When i say im going to play games on it i mean games such as new Grand theft Auto and games that are good really.

I want to be able to run video editing also on the pc.

The thing is which processor. That is my main question. Iv seen this pc but i dont know if im dreaming or what it just seems to cheap for me to have that processor. Here it is check it out and if you know any good pcs drop me the link

cheers everyone

harvey

I'm sure he would put it in a box for you m8. With 12 months warantee its gonna be nealry brand new. Ur not gonna get a PC with that spec for £550.

You could buy it, buy a brand new case/TFT/mouse/keyboard and it would look BRAND NEW!

lol

Hello Mate

Let us know your current budget, and I 'll sketch you up a quote.

Btw also let us know whether you need a tft.

Remember Quadcore is expensive but not as worthwhile as Core2Duo, & C2D out performs AMD X2 by 10 - 15% margin but X2's are way cheaper than C2D.

Regards
