which one of these fans?

hi the fan in my shuttle is pretty loud so i want to change it, as it a shuttle the fan has to be 80x80x15.

i found these two

the first link has a higher dba by 3 but also moves more air, 24cfm compared to 18cfm in the second link. according to speed fan my temp is 45'c without the case on. so which one would be better?

the silent fans are crap. so if any one knows of any good, this fans that move a reasonable amount of air, let me no.
