you get BBC HD 6 hours a day and theres shit on that chan unless your over 90 years old lol

not sure about upscaling but for me virgin would need alot more hd that 1 chan 6 hours a day before I looked at get a HD box.

b ut thn again I would get a Dreambox 800 or 8000 if there were lots of hd chans.

anyway just my pennys worth but then again the price is pretty good.
