So I'm sitting here reading through the internet trying to find the end lol and my 12 year old daughter comes to me she has been locked out of mincraft servers for months because of a bad update on her Nintendo switch. Turn out it was a Microsoft & Microsoft F$@$ing each other problem. So fixed that after a but of research no problem send her on her way. She came back 5 min later telling me she still can't get on the hive sounding all borg like. So it turns out it is the VPN I cocoon my kids internet activities in. Most routers don't split tunnel... good thing for my kid dad is a old network engineer with a real router. Props to PfSence. Anyways I guess it makes sense hard to block people when they can spoof their IP address, MAC, and locations at will. Rant over I guess for now.
