Not 100% sure as I'm pretty new to the sat side of things but a Linux tm is capable of c/s, the other patch type of box isn't.
Digifilm has gone recently for the patched receivers and with more channels moving over to N3 encryption a patched receiver could become very limited.

But as I said I'm really new to all this and probably talking crap...lol
