what Euro-vox max v fw does this one need

m8 brought this euro vox -v max round been in his draw for ages
switch it on and all it got is PEAA ,
it in a black case ,the tuner counts down to the 8 vent and looking to see what fw should go on it

I have took a Photo of inside

Thanks for that do you think this will need jtaging
as all it does it switch on and go to PEAA then you have to unplug it and it does the same again

There is no picture just a black screen

I will give the flash a try and see what happens

If you have flashed your box with the latest firmware and you get the PEAA error on the lcd then do the following:

1. turn the box on and off from the mains about 3 or 4 times quickly this should bring back the box from the dead.(if not jtag it with the max 08 tsop file and last Kuro firmware,thats what i did)

2. now download the CDF channel file using voxer to the box.you wont see any channels working because thats one of the problems with the boxes and the update.

3. now to get your channels back you have to mannually scan each frequency one at a time ! pain in the ass but it works.
