chaps, got a HAUWEI E220 USB 3g dongle , and seen that you can open hem up to any network, can you do any thign else with them? like an iphone sim for free net, any way to make them download faster than specified speed?

i've seen this lock for un-locking networks, http://unlocke220.com/, and a few for speed, but not sure if i leave it the way it is, or run network unlocker for any network then the speed hack?
