This sort of thing has been doing the rounds for years m8.

Looks like a form of pyramid Selling which I think is illegal ... (but I could be wrong)
Remember a right ol set to a number of years back when they tried to stop Pyramid Selling ... all they done was restructured it (I think only allow maxof 5 or something) and that was how they got round it.
Definately a con ... stay well clear unless you want to lose money
