If you have a box that is not "new" as in supplied by virmin an installed ( or self install, an phone through to activate ) it wont get a hit....

If its not paired now, it wont be paired. I got a 2110 upstairs they sent out to me on a self install pack, then when I got it all they refused to connect it up when we called to get it activated so its just sat on freeview channels since with no paired card.

they send out hits every hour m8, hopefully you should be up and running soon.
